Asset Request App

The Brief

An application for the sales and marketing team to distribute information following a meeting and for customers to request information through. The documents need to always be the latest versions and information on what people have requested should be captured for follow up.

The Solution

The App was created so that it would capture the customers contact details in a database and email them the latest information from a central online site. This is fantastic for version control of documents as each time they are sent out from the site that is kept up to date with all the latest files.

The application stores information on who has been sent what and when, this can also be stored with an image of their business card.

If the device is offline then the emails are stored until there is an Internet connection when it will automatically send.
